This summer, come to the foot of the magnificent Manti Utah Temple to watch the Mormon Miracle Pageant. The pageant tells three intertwined stories: the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the witness of the Book of Mormon, and the journey of the faithful pioneers to the beautiful Sanpete valley. Each of these stories show the love of Jesus Christ for all people.
The Mormon Miracle Pageant begins by telling the story of Joseph Smith, a young man called as a prophet of God. As he grew, Joseph became instrumental in the restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ in the latter days.
The story goes on to tell of Joseph translating the Book of Mormon, a record of the ancient inhabitants of the Americas, through the power of God.

Watch as those who believed in Joseph's message and in the Book of Mormon endure epic struggles and are persecuted for their faith. See the martyrdom of the Prophet Joseph Smith and the westward journey of the pioneers who settled these valleys.
